On the 2nd of July, the participants are waiting for culinary treats stages of the extra class.
Ostseebad Binz – It is served – the culinary tour of the Baltic Sea Binz. On the 2nd of July (Saturday) The Private Palace Hotels in Binz invite you to an extraordinary pleasure experience. Gourmet stages of the extra class are waiting for the participants. “We have devised very special stations with illustrious dishes,” says Freddy Quirin, Director at the Private Palace Rugard Strand Hotel.
Start of the culinary tour is at 17.30 at the Private Palace Rugard Strandhotel. The starting price for external guests is 56 euros per person. The double room at the Private Palace Rugard Strandhotel is available for this exclusive event starting from 218 euros per night – including breakfast buffet.
The timetable for the culinary tour begins with the station Rugard Strandhotel (Strandpromenade 62) – Here guests can expect a champagne reception with three regional canapés. Then we go to the Arkona Strandhotel, where duck liver mousse is served with figs, gambas and chorizo asparagus pate.
In the Bootshaus Binz, sushi is prepared by the Sassnitz Matjes with soy and ginger. The journey continues to the Schmachter Lake – where a beer sommelier explains the intricacies of the soup. Snacks are also served.
The final stage leads the participants to the Grand Hotel Binz. Here chef Heiko Philipp gratifies the guests with “some of the field”. Behind it, roast beef Sous Vide is cooked with Café de Paris, pepper carrots and asparagus, and for dessert, the master chef serves the “Erdb (ä) eer” strawberry spoom, strawberry cream and marinated strawberries.
In the evening, guests will end their culinary tour with live music at the dance.
